I am very excited to be involved in next year’s Downtown West Palm Beach Relay for Life. The RFL is the ACS’s signature event and one of the top fundraising events in the world. It is a unique event that offers everyone in our community an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Next year’s event is scheduled for May 21st and 22nd at the Meyer Amphitheatre. The event was originally created as a 24-hour event because cancer never sleeps. Our event is 18 hours, from sunset to sunrise, with various entertainment, presentations, and activities scheduled throughout the evening and into the dawn.
Sponsorship of our relay forms an association between your company and the ACS, the world’s largest and oldest voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer. It offers your company the opportunity to make a profound statement to your community and your employees.
We have many sponsorship levels – with our Gold Sponsorship at a mere $5K; all the way to a $250 sponsorship for Track Markers. I recognize that times are tough right now – but cancer doesn’t take a break for the economy and our battle goes on.
